Welcome to Glenn's World, my personal website for the last 15 years. When Glenn's World began as www.glenns-world.com 15 years ago its main purpose was to provide an information site for my family research of the Littrell and Comer family lines. But as the family research grew and the use of the internet by extended and close family members expanded one site could not hold all the information for either the nucleur or the extended family.
As different areas of interest became more and more conducive to the internet not one, or two or even three websites were sufficient. As more websites, then blogs, were added the Glenn's World domain name could not point to all of them. Even tho many people have grown acustomed to using this website to locate their interest many users have occasionally dropped off of the internet and as they returned they occasionally found the changes confusing.
So in an attempt to keep the Glenn's World domain name active this website you are viewing now will begin to serve solely as a reference point, a directory, for anyone still using the Glenn's World domain name. So bookmark this page, look for your interest and then bookmark that page and always feel free to return here.

Here I post my information and information on the Indy family, extended and in-laws (actually ex-in-laws, I had to relinquish title in the divorce) in the Indianapolis area, politics and religion. Our activities, travels, events, pictures etc.

This is an extension of the above website, its purpose is to allow for daily postings and information. The blog features slideshows, pictures, commentary and links relevant to the INDY Littrell/Williams & friends.

Their is also a 'chatter box' feature that allows for casual/instant communications without actually posting to the blog or cluttering up everyones email. The conversations are public and appear on several websites [including this one] so it shouldn't be used for the exchange of personal or secure information, but works fine for just saying 'Hi'.

A collection of 'How To' items. Some are serious, some are sarcastic, many are funny.

'Glenn's How2s' is a part of glenns-world.com network, actually its the library of references, resources and notes for the many blogs and websites that make up the network.

Welcome to littrellfamily.net, the website for communicating with family and extended families about the genealogy (family history) of the Littrells and their allied families.

This research is into the extended family's genealogy, or history. This is where I post information on the various family lines for the name Littrell, or Luttrell, or Literal, or any of the many varied spellings of that name throughout history. I have researched the history of the Littrell, Luttrell and Literal family for over 15 years now and have written several books on the Littrell and Luttrell families of Europe, Colonial America, Tennessee and Missouri. I am presently writing and planning to write several more as well as re-editing the previous books. In addition to the Littrell and Luttrell histories I plan to write on the Comer, Urban, Smith, Ellis, Sandy and Ezell families of Colonial America and particularly Tennessee....

This blog is for anyone associated with the families of John Daniel Littrell and Kizzie Zore Comer Littrell as well as James Carroll Littrell and (m2)Donie Ezell Littrell. This includes the allied families of Ezell & Comer. [We're still setting this blog up but feel free to jump in and start us off with a post or query.] Anyone can read this blog, but you must sign-in to create your own post and we wish you would.
